Grain free sweet potato chicken treats recipe

  • 2 cups ground chicken (cooked)
  • 1 cup Tapioca flour
  • 1 cup Potato flour
  • 1/4 cup Chia flour
  • 2 Tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 cup mashed sweet potato
  • 2 eggs (beaten)
  • 1/2 cup water


  1. Preheat your oven to 375 degrees. Mix ground chicken with all dry ingredients.
  2. Add mashed sweet potato and stir well. In a separate bowl, mix the eggs, oil and water, do not overbeat the eggs. Add to the dough.
  3. Add a little more water if the mixture is too dry, you want a firm dough. Knead for a few minutes. Roll out to 1/2" thickness. Cut into desired shapes.
  4. Place on a baking sheet using parchment paper. Bake 20 minutes or until the treats are firm.
